Who we are

eBay Sold Listings API is a developer service that returns public completed eBay sale data through a REST API. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site and the API, and what we do with it. We are not affiliated with eBay Inc.

What we collect

Account data. When you sign up, we store your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile Google shares (name and email). We do not receive your Google password.

Usage data. We record API requests you make, the keywords and parameters sent, response status, and timestamps, so we can meter usage, enforce limits, and keep the service reliable.

Payment data. Paid plans are billed through our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number, only the billing status our processor returns.

How we use it

To authenticate you, provide and meter the API, enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, process payments, send service and account emails, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

Third parties

We share the minimum needed with providers that run parts of the service: authentication (Google, if you choose it), payment processing, hosting, and product analytics. Each handles data under its own terms.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and privacy-friendly analytics to understand aggregate usage. We do not use advertising trackers.

Retention and your rights

We keep account and usage data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and billing purposes. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing us. Deleting your account removes your API keys and stops further processing.
